Your satisfaction is our #1 priority here at Ergologic. That’s why we’re pleased to offer a limited warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship on all new Ergologic products. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.  Only consumers purchasing Ergologic products from authorized Ergologic retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is covered?

Ergologic Height-Adjustable Desk FramesErgologic height adjustable desks frame purchased on or after December 31, 2019 include a 2-year / 5-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.
Accessories
Ergologic Desk Converters, monitor mounts and other accessories purchased on or after December 31, 2019 include a 1-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms.

What Happens If My Product is Defective?

In case of any manufacturing defect, Ergologic will ship you (at no charge to you) the defective part. If Ergologic is unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is not practical or cannot be completed in a timely manner, we request customer to keep patience to arrange the spare part.

Do I Have to Pay Shipping Costs for a Replacement Product?

In the rare event that your Ergologic product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you. We use Bluedart surface or similar to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you choose to pay the additional expense.

How to File a Claim?

Filing a claim for warranty service is quick and easy. Simply contact customer service via email at sales@ergologic.in or at +91-99692-54250.
Make sure you have your tax invoice or other proof of purchase handy. You will need to provide evidence of the date and place of purchase for your Ergologic product.

What is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

  1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, liquid spillage, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
  3. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Ergologic.
  4. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.
  5. Our warranty is void if a product label is removed, damaged or tampered or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover)

Return Policy for Amazon Customers

Customer needs to share images of the packaging and also share the pickup address.

After that, we will notify the courier partner and arrange the return pickup. The refund will be approved once we receive the product at our warehouse in Mumbai.

Since this is a heavy shipment, the orders are self-shipped and not shipped via Amazon. The shipping and return delivery cost will be deducted from the final refund amount which will be approximately Rs. 4000/-.
