How much does shipping cost? Is there a minimum order value/ quantity?

We are currently offering FREE shipping with NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE! So, you can order as much or as little as you want!

Where all do you deliver the products?

We deliver all across India. We currently ship to 18000+ pincodes across India.

Who is your freight carrier?

Our major courier partners are Delhivery and Bluedart. But we also use other courier partners depending on the delivery location. All shipments are sent via Surface mode (by Road).

What is ODA (Out of Delivery Area) for Delhivery Courier and why customer has to pay extra incase of ODA?

ODA (Out of Delivery Area) is charged to customer only when the delivery location is out of region delivery areas. As per company policy, customer has to either pick up the product from nearest Delhivery pickup point or customer needs to pay ODA charges.

What is EDL (Extra Delivery Locations) for Bluedart Courier and why customer has to pay extra incase of EDL?

EDL (Extra Delivery Locations) is charged to customer only when the delivery location is out of region delivery areas. As per company policy, customer has to either pick up the product from nearest Bluedart pickup point or customer needs to pay EDL charges.

How long does it take you to ship the ordered products?

Most Ergologic Desk orders ship the same business day if ordered before 1 pm. No orders will be shipped on Public holidays, they will be shipped on next working day.

Backordered Items?

In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Deliveries are contingent upon our logistics partners and as such we are unable to give pinpoint timeframes. Having said that, normally, the delivery time frames are as below: Within 4 to 7 working days of dispatching your order.

What happens when I am not at home when you deliver?

In case you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our logistics partner will arrange a new time with you by calling you. There will be 3 free delivery attempts post-which a re-delivery fee will be levied to you.

Delay in my product delivery? Help!

Don’t sweat it! If you have your Order number and your delivery hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of placing your orders, please get in touch with us via e-mail at sales@ergologic.in or call us at +91-99692-54250. Don’t forget to mention your Order number when you contact us. We promise we’ll bring you your package even from Mars!

How can I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have any shipping concerns, please call us at +91-99692-54250 for assistance.

I live in/near Mumbai – Can I come pick up the desk?

Yes. Please call our number +91-99692-54250 to schedule pickup from our warehouse. When making the call you’ll be asked to verify order number and billing address. Please allow a 2-hr window for us to process request.

Are the desks shipped assembled or disassembled?

Desks are shipped disassembled, but come with all parts (including screws and tools) that are needed for assembly. Depending on the model, it may come in one, two or three boxes. Assembly time should be less than 30 mins.

What if my shipment was missing an item or component?

If your shipment is missing a package or a component of the desk, please call us with your order id and indicate the missing item or parts within 24 hours. We will have a new item/parts shipped out to you right away. Please note that sometimes boxes come to you separately due to how our logistics partner or the chosen logistic routes these packages. In such case please check with the carrier first before determining your item(s) is missing.

What if my items arrived damaged?

Many of our desks are large and heavy. When you receive your package we strongly recommend you to check condition of the outer box and look for obvious damages before signing the delivery receipt. Please let the delivery man know of the damage as he/she will put it in the paperwork. We would then recommend that you open the box that contains the desktop to inspect for concealed damage. 

Please capture a video while unboxing the package, If there is any damage, kindly report us immediately via email sales@ergologic.in or Call / Whatsapp +91 99692-54250 within 24 hours of from the time of receipt of the shipment. Once notified, we’ll immediately ship out a replacement for the same. In case of any rude behavior of the delivery boy, mention that on the delivery receipt as well.
