This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Only consumers who purchase Ergologic products from authorized Ergologic retailers or resellers are eligible for coverage under our limited warranty. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our Warranty & Support Service terms and conditions governing warranty coverage and replacement procedures for Ergologic products. Please carefully review this policy to understand your rights and obligations.

What is covered?

Ergologic Height Adjustable Desk FramesWarranty covers the metal frame, motor, control box, controller handset panel (Wired Remote or Hand control), Linear Actuators (Legs / Mechanism of the Desk) and adapter, ensuring comprehensive protection for your investment.

Accessories: Ergologic desk converters, monitor mounts, ergonomic chairs and other desk accessories purchased include a 1-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms.

Warranty Duration?

The duration of our warranty may differ for each product. Please refer the product listing page on our official website or Amazon for precise warranty information tailored to your specific purchase. 

Warranty Claim Process?

Filing a claim for warranty service is quick and easy. Simply contact customer service via email at sales@ergologic.in or at +91-99692-54250.

STEP 1: Make sure you have your tax invoice or other proof of purchase handy. You will need to provide evidence of the date and place of purchase for your Ergologic product.

STEP 2: Describe the issue and also share the video and photos of the same via Whatsapp or email. 

STEP 3: We will check the problem and reach out to you immediately. Maximum turn around time is not more then 3 to 6 hours. 

STEP 4: Our technical team will review and guide the customer over call or video call for troubleshooting. This takes hardly 15 to 20 minutes. 

STEP 6: If the problem is not solved through troubleshooting we shall send you the spare part or replacement part at no cost. Delivery of spare parts depends on the location and pincode. Transit time observed by our team is 2 to 4 days. 

STEP 7: Our technician will send your the video or will guide over video call on how to replace the faulty part. It’s easy and modular, takes not more then 15 to 30 minutes for replacing.

STEP 8: Customer needs to repack the faulty part in the same packaging which was sent with replacement part. We will arrange the pickup from customers place at no cost.   

Please Note: The replacement has to be done from customer end, Reseller or B2B user.

What is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover the following:

    • Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from: normal wear and tear, liquid spillage, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, electric part blown of due to electric fluctuations and over loading beyond weight capacity.
    • Alteration or Modification: Any alteration (including removal of any component or external cover), or product label is removed, damaged or tampered or modification of the product voids the warranty.
    • Products mentioned no warranty on product page
    • Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear inherent to the product’s aging, nature, function, composition, as well as damage due to usage beyond its intended purpose. Scratches, marks, powder coating, dents, wrinkles, color-fading, and other changes developed during the course of regular usage will be not covered in the warranty.
    • Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Ergologic.
    • Please note that if you purchase spare parts or accessories (such as control boxes, motors, or handsets) from us intended for use with Ergologic brand products and use them with desks or items from other brands, the warranty will not be applicable.

 

Limitations of Liability:

Ergologic shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use its products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
 

Modifications:

Ergologic reserves the right to modify or update this warranty and service terms policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Ergologic website or other communication channels. Customers are encouraged to review the most current version of the policy on Ergologic official website or contact customer service for updates.

By purchasing and using Ergologic products, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty and service terms policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please contact Ergologic customer service department for clarification.

Although we aim to keep a wide range of spare parts in stock, there may be times when we don’t have a specific part available. If this happens, we’ll either let you know how long it will take to get the part, or we might offer you a similar product at a discounted price, or provide fair compensation based on how long you’ve been using the product.

In case of any manufacturing defect, Ergologic will ship you (at no charge to you) the defective part. If Ergologic is unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is not practical or cannot be completed in a timely manner, we request customer to keep patience to arrange the spare part.

In the rare event that your Ergologic product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you. We use local courier via road / surface or similar to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you choose to pay the additional expense.

For products no longer covered by the warranty, Ergologic offers repair services at a reasonable cost. Customers will be provided with an estimate of the repair costs before any work is carried out.

Ergologic recommends regular maintenance and care to prolong the lifespan of our products. Customers can refer to the product manual or contact customer service for guidance on maintenance procedures. We recommend customers to always turn of the power of the electric products when not in use to enhance more life of the product.

In scenarios involving discontinued models or unavailability of spare parts during the warranty duration, we adopt a pragmatic approach. This involves undertaking repairs where feasible or, if repair proves unviable, offering proportionate compensation commensurate with the duration of usage. This compensation can be redeemed through UPI transfer or utilized as credit towards future purchases from Ergologic.

Customers have the option to purchase extended warranty plans to extend the coverage period beyond the standard warranty duration. Details of these plans, including coverage duration and pricing, are available upon request. Extended Warranty can’t be purchased later. Customer has to buy EW while buying the product.
