We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate cancelling or returning a product. To address these situations, we have established a comprehensive Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy that prioritizes consumer interests while acknowledging the logistical complexities of furniture sales.

This policy ensures transparency and empowers you to make informed decisions when purchasing our ergonomic products, including height adjustable table. We encourage you to review the policy details for a clear understanding of our procedures.

Our refund and returns policy last 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or cancellations.

We strongly recommend capturing a video during unboxing to ensure any damage or missing parts are promptly addressed.

Return / Replacement Policy:

Ergologic extends a return/replacement policy for all products under the following circumstances:

  1. Missing parts (Customer has to Reported within 24 Hours from the shipment delivered time)
  2. Receipt of physically damaged item (Customer has to Reported within 24 Hours from the shipment delivered time)
  3. Identification of defects pre-installation or post-installation. (within 10 days of delivery)
  4. Discrepancy between delivered and ordered product. (within 10 days of delivery)

We only replace items if they are damaged. Damaged or Missing Parts have to reported within 24 hours from the time of product delivered. 

Kindly Note, if any complaints regarding damaged or missing parts not reported within 24 hours, Ergologic will not provide any assistance or replacement for the same. 

In the event of unfulfillable deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, Ergologic reserves the right to cancel orders, with full refunds issued to customers without cancellation charges.

In such cases, Ergologic will rectify the issue by providing replacement or additional parts or issuing appropriate reimbursement. We will cover shipping expenses for these parts to your location. If defect correction is unfeasible, Ergologic will arrange for product retrieval, inspect it at our Mumbai office, and facilitate replacement or issue a full refund without deduction.

Please note, while product images represent standard items accurately, minor color variations may occur due to photography lighting or monitor settings. Warranty or return does not cover such deviations or minor imperfections.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Order placed but not Shipped: Refund will be processed after deducting a 3% Cashfree payment processing charge. No additional freight or charges will apply in this scenario.

Order placed and Shipped: Once an order is dispatched, and a cancellation request is received, we will assess the feasibility of intercepting the shipment. If retrieval is possible without incurring additional expenses, no freight charges will be applied. However, if the shipment is already picked up by our courier partner, cancellation will be accepted, and a refund will be processed after deducting incurred freight charges, typically ranging from Rs. 1500* to Rs. 2200*, depending on product weight and destination pin code.

*marked depends on weight, product condition, original packaging condition, pincode serviceability (If pincode is EDL or ODA then extra charges will be applicable).

All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
