At Ergologic Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality ergonomic products and a seamless purchasing experience. Due to the nature of our products and the logistical complexities involved in handling bulky and heavy furniture, we follow a strict no-return policy, except where explicitly stated. Customers are strongly advised to review all product specifications and policy terms carefully before placing an order.

No Return Policy:

  • Returns are strictly not accepted under any circumstances, including customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect product selection.
  • Complaints related to product stability or perceived sturdiness shall not be considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Please note that while product images accurately represent standard items, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, or individual screen settings. Such variations, along with minor cosmetic imperfections, are not covered under warranty, return, replacement, or refund policies.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Order Placed but Not Shipped:
  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed after deducting 3% payment gateway charges.
  • No freight or logistics charges will apply in this scenario.
Order Cancelled After Dispatch / In Transit:

If a customer requests cancellation after the order has been dispatched or while it is in transit:

  • To-and-fro shipping charges will be deducted from the refund as follows:
    • ₹2,500 – Normal Serviceable Locations
    • ₹3,500 – Out of Delivery Area (ODA) / Extra Delivery Locations (EDL)
  • Additionally, 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the product is successfully retrieved and inspected at our facility.
Pre-Order / Back-Order Cancellation:
  • If a customer places a pre-order or back-order and later requests cancellation due to oversight or failure to review product availability:
    • 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers are advised to verify availability status and delivery timelines before placing pre-orders or back-orders.
Non-Eligibility for Cancellation
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or delays in paid installation services provided by third-party vendors do not qualify for order cancellation.
Cancellation Request & Refund Timeline
  • To initiate a cancellation request, please email sales@ergologic.in with your order details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days from the date of request receipt.

Unboxing & Reporting

  • Customers are strongly advised to record a complete and continuous unboxing video at the time of delivery and installation.
  • Any visible damage to the outer packaging must be clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) / delivery acknowledgment at the time of receipt and immediately communicated to the Ergologic team to enable faster resolution.
  • All issues must be reported strictly within the timelines specified below. Complaints raised beyond the prescribed period will not be entertained.

Replacement Policy (No Returns)

Replacements are applicable with unboxing video of the product only under the following conditions:

  1. Missing parts – Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Physically damaged product – Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Manufacturing defect (pre-installation or post-installation) – Must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery.
  4. Wrong product delivered – Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Complaints not reported within the above timelines will not be entertained, and Ergologic will bear no responsibility thereafter.

    • Replacement is limited to parts or components only, not the complete product, unless deemed necessary by Ergologic after inspection.
    • Minor color variations or cosmetic imperfections due to lighting, photography, or screen differences are not covered under warranty or replacement

Product Stability Disclaimer

Complaints related to product stability, wobbling, or perceived lack of sturdiness shall not be considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for replacement, return, or refund.

Liability Disclaimer

    • Ergologic Private Limited shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or human mishappening arising from the use, misuse, mishandling, or improper installation of electric or non-electric products
    • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products are installed, operated, and used correctly in accordance with the instructions, manuals, and safety guidelines provided by Ergologic.

Policy Amendment Rights

  • Ergologic Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The policy applicable at the time of purchase shall be binding.

Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
